This razor-sharp knife offers the perfect amount of flex to handle curves and ridges while remaining strong enough to provide the firmness needed for ultra-thin slices. The blade is narrow in both width and height to ensure manoeuvrability and minimal surface resistance while sailing through flesh.
The Gladiator Series of blades are precision forged from a single piece of imported premium quality, high-carbon ThyssenKrupp German steel, ensuring an ultra sharp edge with excellent wear and stain resistance. Hand sharpened 14-16 degrees per side, the Dalstrong Gladiator Series are your high-performance kitchen workhorses.
Featuring beautiful, ergonomic and ambidextrous black G10 Garolite handles (laminated for extra strength, sanitation and water/stain resistance) the Gladiator Series is carefully designed for maximum comfort and manoeuvrability.
