I use them for all sandwiches, spreads, jams etc. the dishwasher took the finish off and made the handles rough. After sanding them down they were fine.For 4 spreaders this is a great deal, however, the handles are not well finished. The wood becomes rough with washing, especially using a dishwasher. It would be nice if they would just put a bit more effort into making the handles more resilient.It's super nice to use when spreading peanut butter.I like the serration to cut bread etc but the handle feels a little looseEvery week I volunteer to make sixteen peanut butter and jam (not jelly) sandwiches for the emergency food pantry run by a downtown church. These serrated spreaders make the process a snap. I use one to spread the peanut butter, another to spread the jam, and a third to cut the sandwich into halves. These spreaders appear to be well made, and the seller shipped them as promised.Really love these for butter or jelly. The handles are a bit ruff. I will need sand.Very sturdy - perfect sizeLove the size of the spreader, however, the wood handles are awful. After the first wash, not in the dishwasher and the wood is rough and I’m worried that they will split. I should have bought the plastic handle ones.The quality is pretty cheap.
